Shipping policy

I send flat products on a B5 envelope without tracking to avoid higher shipping costs to the customer. If you would like a tracked order, please add the option at check-out.

I'm not responsible for orders lost in transit or orders arriving delayed. As soon as they leave my hands, the postal services in my country and the customer's country have responsability over the mail. Please be understanding.

The customer is responsible for any import tax that may occur, as it cannot be added it to the shipping price. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I offer free shipping within Switzerland and free shipping for international orders above 40CHF.
